Review an action plan to follow in the first 100 days following the Women’s March on Washington.
Half a million people were in D.C. today for the march, including two local women who say they’re fighting for what they say are their fundamental rights.
From all over. In Washington DC, fighting for what they say are their fundamental rights. Elizabeth Brooks Hahn is the Chair of the Columbia County Democratic Party. She says she’s here representing her county, and as a mother of two daughters.
“I want them to know that we don’t have to accept words that are unacceptable. That they can stand up as strong women and be respected,” Hahn said.
Hahn says she wants to bring back a spirit of hope to the folks in Columbia County. — read more —
